The cruise was good. The places it covered and the information provided on board was very nice. However, the behavior of the staff left a lot to be desired. We ate whatever we could in 5 mins and boarded the ship. However, the cruise did not start even till 12:10 PM. So, I inquired and the staff told us that they are still waiting for a bus party to holland casino arrive. Also, on board the behavior of staff was more rude. They only had Hot dogs and Pizza to order. Only Ketchup and Mustard was there as condiments and when the Ketchup bottle was finished and I asked if they have another one, the lady rudely replied No. You holland casino have more than 100 people on board and don't carry an extra bottle of Ketchup.
